Elect Officers:  Chairman, Treasurer and Clerk

Annual Signing Authority:  To authorize the Chairman, Treasurer, and president to sign Board-approved contracts, Memorandums of Understanding, Partner agreements, as well as checks and bank wires individually for up to $7,500 and above that requiring signatures from two of any of these three officers.

New MOU:  Global Cities Dialogue to operate a proposed WCE Bremen Chapter:  MOU.  Discussions have begun with Curriki.

New Chapter:  WCE is forming a new Chapter for New Zealand in Auckland.  It will have a special focus on the Pacific Islands.  We are in the process of forming the Steering Committee.  The Steering Committee Chair is Brian Lawrence whom the WCE president met in Ottawa at the Techsoup/Microsoft MAR annual summit. We are doing this in collaboration with a new Reuse Ally: The ARK. 

Proposed Partners: Confirmation of Board action between meetings to approve Partnership with Eagles Technologies under the End Time Ministries of Jesus International (Implementation Plan).  Approval of 2nd shipment to Good Hope Program (Plan) in Tanzania.
